The NS-WAC10 is a traditional Micom rice cooker with a dent-resistant plastic body, separate rinse-free rice measure and two timer settings. It is relevant when ordinary white and brown rice are the main foods and you want physical menu controls without induction or pressure. Its distinct rinse-free preparation deserves attention before treating every supplied cup as the same quantity.

Two cups in the box have different jobs

The supplied accessories include an ordinary rice cup, a rinse-free rice cup, a spatula and holder. Keep the measures distinct and follow the matching preparation and water instructions. The product's headline uses the approximately 180 mL ordinary cup with uncooked short grain white rice. A different measure supplied for rinse-free rice is a reason to follow that method explicitly.

The exact manual rates ordinary White, Quick and Sushi for 1–5.5 supplied cups, and the WAC10 rinse-free range also reaches 5.5 of the corresponding measure. That is not the same limit as the ZCC10, whose regular/quick rinse-free maximum is four green cups. Similar headline rice capacity does not establish matching rinse-free instructions across series.

One-cup rice meals are the natural starting point

Brown, Mixed and Sweet accept 1–4 ordinary supplied cups. Porridge accepts 0.5–1.5. A one-cup brown-rice supper and a larger weekend rice batch therefore fit the same appliance. Half a cup of plain white or brown rice is below its documented minimum, even though a half-cup porridge load is supported.

Mixed rice also has a lower maximum than ordinary White. Choose the prescribed rice amount and follow ingredient placement rather than adding vegetables or seasoning to a full 5.5-cup load. The whole recipe occupies the pan. Someone whose usual dinner is below one supplied cup should compare a smaller model such as the LGC05.

The menu stays focused on rice

The current list is White/Mixed, Sushi, Porridge, Sweet, Brown, Rinse-Free and Quick. There is no named Jasmine, quinoa, steel cut oatmeal or GABA Brown program, and no Cake or Steam selection. A general brown-rice menu is not an extended GABA routine. A porridge label is not a dedicated oatmeal setting.

The microcomputer adjusts time and temperature through direct heating. This supplies programmed rice routines in a conventional plastic-bodied appliance. If the buying requirement is specifically induction, compare the HCC10. If dedicated quinoa and oatmeal are central to breakfast and dinner, compare the EAC10 instead of expecting those named programs here.

Timer and serving differences

Two delay timer settings help organize familiar meals around planned finish times. Set the clock correctly and allow enough time for the actual rice program. Automatic and extended Keep Warm support appropriate plain-rice serving; recipes with other ingredients have their own restrictions. Check those instructions before using the same delayed or held routine for every dish.

The WXC10 uses four fixed delay choices of four, six, eight or ten hours. That is a different scheduling arrangement. If a precise recurring finish time matters, the controls are worth comparing directly rather than choosing between two white plastic bodies on appearance alone.

Everyday handling

The power cord detaches for storage. The current US store lists a body about 9.875 inches wide, 13.25 deep and 8.5 high. Leave additional room to open the lid and remove the pan, with an unobstructed steam route. Official pages have used slightly different rounded body measurements, so confirm the exact unit when clearance is tight.

The inner lid and coated pan need regular cleaning. Use suitable utensils and protect the pan's surface. No steaming basket is supplied, so someone planning a two-level dinner should compare the AAC10 or another expressly supported configuration. Choose the WAC10 for rice-focused one-cup-and-up routines, rinse-free preparation and its timer controls; choose a broader-menu model when the recurring grain or accessory need falls outside that role.
