Rice cookers with a documented rinse-free white-rice method
A rinse-free method is more than a general White Rice menu: use the manufacturer's matching measure and the quantity it documents. Tiger's JKT-D10U records rinse-free White within a one-to-5.5-cup range for its Plain and Premium methods; Zojirushi's NS-WAC10 identifies a separate rinse-free White plan with its corresponding supplied cup and the same one-to-5.5 range. Do not swap measuring cups or apply the limit to other grains.
- Require an exact model's documented rinse-free white-rice plan, not a generic claim that rice can be cooked without rinsing.
- Use the correct supplied cup for the maker's rinse-free method and keep quantities within its route-specific limit.
- This answer does not certify a no-rinse method for brown rice, multigrain, or every quick program.

Follow the rinse-free method, not just the cooker label
Use the matching rice measure and instructions supplied for the exact model. The NS-WAC10 manual describes a separate Rinse-Free White plan with its corresponding cup; a maker's standard cup or another brand's cup should not be substituted on assumption.
Quantity still belongs to the exact program
Both examples document a 1–5.5-cup White limit for the described rinse-free route. The Tiger JKT-D10U assigns rinse-free eligibility to its Plain and Premium White methods, while its Express-Limited mode has a two-cup maximum. Do not carry that special-method claim over to Brown, Multigrain, or an unrelated quick setting.
When to add another filter
The full rinse-free match list includes all qualifying models. If you also need a timer, pressure arrangement, long- or short-grain method, or a specific batch size, select that requirement too and check that one rinse-free recipe still supports it.
Questions that change the choice
Can I use one brand's rinse-free cup with another cooker?
No such interchangeability is established here. Use the correct supplied cup and instructions for the exact model; the NS-WAC10 specifically names its corresponding rinse-free cup.
Does the rinse-free limit apply to every grain program?
No. The range is method-specific. These examples document rinse-free White routes; check Brown, Multigrain, long-grain, and quick modes separately.
