Rice cookers · Choose by your needs
Rice cookers with a documented scorched-rice method
For 0.5–2 supplied cups, the Cuckoo CR-0375F manual documents Scorched Rice on the White water scale. For 2–4 cups, the CRP-P0609S manual lists Nu Rung Ji under high pressure. At exactly two cups, both ranges apply, but the recipes are not interchangeable; select the amount and follow that model's own steps.
- The model must document its own scorched-rice or Nu Rung Ji method; a general cooker capacity does not establish this recipe.
- Use the exact supplied dry-cup scale and pressure instructions for the selected method.
- Keep Finish Timer and Keep Warm permissions tied to that specific plan.

Choose by the scorched-rice amount and method
Choose the CR-0375F if your dry batch is 0.5–2 supplied cups and you want the manual's Scorched Rice method on the White water scale; choose the CRP-P0609S for 2–4 cups if its high-pressure Nu Rung Ji plan fits. At exactly two cups, either documented range applies, so follow the method-specific recipe you prefer.
Two cups is the handoff point, not a shared recipe
The CR-0375F range ends at two supplied cups; the CRP-P0609S Nu Rung Ji range begins at two and continues to four. The amount overlaps at two, but one uses the White water scale and the other is a named high-pressure method. Do not transfer instructions between them.
Serving and holding rules are also recipe-specific
Neither featured scorched-rice plan is approved for Keep Warm. Both plans list finish-timer eligibility, but that does not make their cooking steps or water scales the same; use each manual's own schedule and serving instructions.
Questions that change the choice
Does the regular White-rice capacity set the scorched-rice amount?
No. Use the Scorched Rice or Nu Rung Ji entry in the exact model's manual. The CR-0375F has its own White-water-scale scorched method, while the CRP-P0609S lists a separate high-pressure Nu Rung Ji plan.
Can either featured scorched-rice batch stay on Keep Warm?
The reviewed plan records do not approve Keep Warm for either featured recipe. Follow the exact manual rather than borrowing the cooker's general warm feature.
